To Whom It May Concern,
My name is Melissa Fiso; I am the Assistant Manager of the Account Creation department at Vivint. It is
my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation on behalf of Adam Lourenco, one of my former
employees. Adam was consistently dedicated and worked hard while employed at Vivint.
Vivint is a very dynamic and intricate company. We have departments that are involved with licensing
and accounting for our employees, supporting the summer program, customer support, and of course
sales. We ask a lot from our employees, and those that step up to the challenge always turn out to be great
employees. Adam proved himself to be one of these employees. This past summer we had a large and
important project correcting and updating time sensitive information on customer accounts. This project
needed to be updated daily and accurately by a team of the best and most trusted employees. Because of
Adam’s exemplary performance in the department, he was an obvious pick for the team and became a
very valuable asset on that project.
As stated previously, Adam’s performance in Account Creation exceeded expectations in two critical
areas:speed and quality. Call times are constantly monitored for employees as time spent on calls is a
huge factor in the efficiently of the department. Adam’s call times were consistently lower than most and
we valued the high level of service he provided Vivint sales representatives and technicians. Adam also
excelled at in the quality of his work. Each week employees are graded on calls and given a score out of
100. Adam’s average score was 95; he often received perfect scores. Due to his high level of
performance,the leadership in Account Creation often chose Adam to assist in providing on the job
training for new employees.
In addition to performing well, Adam also had a great attitude at work. I do not remember any occasion
when I saw Adam angry, rude, or unprofessional with those he worked with. Adam was always willing to
assist in any way he could and remained calm under stressfulcircumstances. When presented with a
difficult task Adam successfully faced it head on and accepted responsibility on the outcomes.
Adam was able to do everything required in this position admirably. He is the type of employee that will
step up to whatever challenge you may need, and I strongly recommend him for your organization.
