Editor's Notes

  • #2 Modus operandi is a Latin phrase, approximately translated as " mode of operation”. The term is used to describe someone's habit’s or manner of working, their method of operating or functioning. In English, it is frequently shortened to M.O. An M.O. can help with investigations in identifying a suspect and revealing their habits.
  • #6 “ The Double Event” known as this because both Elizabeth Stride and Catherine Eddowes were both murdered on the same night.
  • #7 The final and worst of the victims. Mary Kelly was found at her lodgings, 13 Miller’s Court.
