In regards to the conference you will be attending at the ExCeL Centre, London, I have produced
this report in order to choose the most suitable travel arrangements and accommodation.
The report will give you a breakdown of all costs and arrangements made;

After gathering all of the above information, I have come to the following conclusions;
 The cheapest hotel is the Travelodge (Hotel 1) which is conveniently placed near the ExCel.
 The cheapest mode of transport would be by car; however, as this does not include parking
and congestion charges, by bus has been deemed the more cost efficient.
 The London underground will cost £8.90 per day (£17.80 – 2 days).
 The bus stop is around the corner from Victoria station, which can be used as an access
point to the underground. You can then travel easily to your destination.
 Food allowance will be £200. This is based on the company’s policy of £100 per day.
Therefore the total for the conference will be £397.80.
