Project Superintendent for a Paper Mill Upgrade for Screening and Long Fiber
refining. Project included concrete, structural, process piping, electrical and
instrumentation modifications to an existing newsprint facility.
Odfjell Terminals Charleston Charleston, SC
Project Superintendent for a bulk liquid chemical distribution terminal. Responsible
for management and coordination of all onsite crafts and subcontractors. Peak man-
loading was 350. The project was constructed on a brownfield site that required
monitoring and handling of potentially contaminated soils and ground water. The
project featured 540,000 bbls of pressurized storage tanks, rail and truck
loading/unloading facilities and a deep sea ship berth that accommodates vessels to
650'. The work included 76,000 If of piling, 11,000 CY of structural concrete, 590
Tons of structural steel and 61,000 If of stainless steel piping systems.
Potash Corporation Aurora, NC
Project Superintendent for a Process Mill and Material Handling system.
Responsible for on site management of all direct hire labor and coordination of
owner and direct subcontractors.
The project included 4,000 CY of concrete, 33,000 feet of rubber lined piping,
1200 tons of structural steel, instrumentation and electrical work. The majority of
work was installed in an area less than 1 acre inside an existing operating MSHA
facility. Peak man loading 240.

Shift Superintendent on Paper mill shutdowns and maintenance work.

2. Wllbara Chemical Wilmington, NC
Project Superintendent on a 575 TPD Sulfuric Acid Plant. Responsible for on
site management of all direct hire labor and equipment and coordination of
owner and direct subcontractors. Peak man loading 140.
The project comprised installation of 3, 500 CY of concrete, 35,000 ft. of pipe,
400 tons of structural steel. Refurbishing 35 year old equipment and assembly
of new converters. Installation of ductwork, pumps, vessels, and compressors.
Managed subcontractors installing rail spur, refractory, tank farm, cooling tower,
and site infrastructure.
Potash Corporation Aurora, NC
Construction Superintendent on a fast track mechanical I electrical contract,
peaking at 150 crafts. Responsible for on-site supervision of all piping crews.
The project comprised installation of 27,000 ft of pipe, 800 ton of structural steel,
pumps, vessels, ductwork, etc., on a 6/7 day week schedule. The project was
completed successfully, on budget and ahead of schedule.

Project Superintendent: 2 Million G. P.D. Biological Water Treatment facility
Hire and coordinate civil and electrical contractors. Self perform all process
piping and instrumentation.

Project Superintendent: Relocate non woven line, dismantle equipment,
process piping associated platforms and duct and heat transfer systems from
Facility in Wisconsin. Reassemble and start up in Tennessee.
DUPONT Wilmington, NC
Project Superintendent: Retrofit new acid wash system in existing facility, demo
existing EQ. Installation of new equipment, all associated process piping and

Site Superintendent: New Film line installation. Responsible for installation of
resin storage vessels, blowers, cyclones, extruders and other process
equipment, including 26,000 ft. of resin and utility piping to an aggressive
schedule. Responsible for start up coordination with owner representatives and
equipment vendor personnel.

Site Superintendent: A fast track grass roots mining project. Responsible for
purchase and installation of 17,000 ft. of HOPE pipe. Various rubber
lined C.S. pipe spools and all associated valves & hardware. 6000 ft.
of yard piping to and from in field mining unit and associated holding
ponds. The remainder as process pipe between various cyclones,
spiral concentrators, energy dissipaters, pumps and collection
sumps, in a multi-level building.
International Paper Roanoke
Rapid, NC Project Superintendent: Cluster Rule Project. Scope of
work included civil, mechanical, electrical, and piping, as well as the
erection of C-line evaporator vessels pumps, phosphoric acid tank,
pumps, turpentine tank & pumps, and all associated piping for each
system. Also installation of 7 new aerator's in existing settling
ponds.

Monroeville, AI Project Superintendent: Erection of new power feed,
incline conveyor's to and from 100' Debarking Drum including
discharge gate. Assembly and installation of new 14' diameter
chipper disk and drive motor, with all associated platforms and
walkway APRs. 3000' Trans. Conveyor's & Tower's. Set & Aligned Tire
drives, installed all belts and trained all conveyors.

shutdown installed new 1st & 2nd Shoe press. Installed new drives
on 1st and 2nd Dryer sections installed new felt stretch systems on 3rd and
4th section. Upgraded steam and condensate system. Remove old reel
and installed new, upgraded hydraulic/lube oil systems.

Project Superintendent: Installation of piping and mechanical systems for
a $600 million dollar expansion and modernization of a paper mill
complex. The project scope included installation of 850 ton a day
fine paper machine, continuous kaymr digester/pressurized pulp
washing system, Clo2 plant, new lime kiln, recovery boiler, hog fuel
boiler, major woodyard expansion. Approximately 250,000' of large
bore piping and 200,000' small bore.

PA Mechanical & Civil Superintendent: Scopes included three
existing paper machine rebuilds including stock prep, refiners,
cleaners, two coal pulverized boiler's converted from # 165 to
#1,250 steam. Installation of new paper machine #1250, recovery
boiler, lime kiln, digester, bleach plant, CL02 plant, woodyard, 70
MW turbine generator, state of the art waste water plant. All
associated piping approximately 450,000' including
underground.
