Objectives
I am currently seeking full time work as a Mechanical/Commercial Estimator, Scheduler, Planner
and/or Construction Management/Field Engineering. I have excellent communication skills both
written and verbal and I am very detail oriented. Throughout my long career I have held a variety
of different positions including Journeyman, Engineer, Supervisor and Project Superintendent
Management. My location along the northwestern U.S. provides a distinct advantage as I currently
complete various task orders under the northwestern NAVFAC JOC.

 Excel, Office, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Microsoft Project, Working knowledge of
Primavera P6 as well as various estimating and scheduling programs, use of Page of
Nations estimating format
 Background includes:
o Over 30 years of general construction experience with a focus on heavy
Mech./Piping and Planning of capital construction projects and maintenance, this
experience includes more than 21 years in refinery construction and maintenance
o I have been responsible for planning, scheduling, estimating and overseeing work
activities of several projects both large capital and small maintenance tasks,
supervising labor, overseeing safework practices, managing costs, updating project
schedules, managing subcontractors, tracking work progress, and coordinating
materials on various projects

This project, awarded in 2012 by the NAVFAC Northwest Region and is intended to provide renovation,
