The Director of Recruitment and Compensation is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing recruitment and compensation services for Company ABC with over 1,000 employees and a $60 million budget. The Director reports to the Vice President of Human Resources and oversees 12 staff members across recruitment, compensation, systems, and administrative roles. Key responsibilities include developing, implementing, and evaluating recruitment and compensation programs; hiring and developing staff; and ensuring programs and services meet organizational needs within budget constraints.
