R  L : Kurush, Rhea, Reemil, Chaitali, Ananya, Nilakshi, Susmita, Bilash
The first halt was at India. A joint serving bhuna mutton, bheja fry, gurda fry, baida roti and rolls. Mind you ,
the Mumbai Rolls are quite similar to the Chinese Spring rolls. This is while Kurush talks about how this
Mohalla has a development plan and perhaps these shops might just close down.
Bohri style Mutton burgers with bhuna botis packed in local bakery buns!!
Mutton Bhuna Botis - Slurrp
Mutton Bhuna Botis and we also have a Bheja fry (front left). You soak the pao in that runny egg
yolk and then pinch a piece of bheja or boti and put in your mouth for that burst of flavors.
Bheja FRY!!!
Baida(egg) Roti - Basically an Eggy Folded Paratha akin to the Mughlai Paratha, cut into pieces
and served with onions.
Bilash – digging for some Gurda Fry!!
Bilash / Rhea - It’s all pleasure!!
This was the Mutton Roll, cut into pieces. Deep fried
items, good for your heart and soul.
