The topics included project management leadership skills, the project manager's office and sphere of influence, and project management strategic business management. For leadership skills, it discussed the project manager's role in leading the team to achieve objectives and listed interpersonal skills like communication, problem solving, and emotional intelligence. It also differentiated between management and leadership. For the project manager's office, it listed responsibilities within the organization. Finally, it discussed how the project manager should understand business strategy, operations, and how the project relates to organizational factors like risks, costs, and benefits.
