Email's been around for a long time, but that doesn't make it obsolete. Even though Social Media has become the darling of online marketing, good old Email has had it's own "Version 2.0", influenced by the same forces that make Social Media work.

The IAB – in partnership with its email council and iCD Research – asked a nationally representative sample of 1000 people their attitudes towards email marketing, levels of usage and preferred layout, to inform the email marketing strategies of UK brands. The results revealed that whilst email marketing is arguably the oldest form of digital communication it still resonates with consumers, with a third of people having become interested in a brand or product they weren’t previously aware of as a result of an email.

What did you learn about surveys?
After visiting the website, I found out that surveys are a great tool for marketing research to improve companies sales or services. Also, surveys use data collected from different groups of people based on two different approaches by questionnaires or interviews. Perhaps, Sills and Song mention “The rapid expansion of Internet users has given Web-based surveys the potential to become a powerful tool in survey research.”(Sills, & Song, 2002, February 01). Nowadays, the internet had facilitated surveys research which gives more access to collect data from different sectors and groups, especially using social media and emails.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of Mail, telephone interviews, and in-person interviews?
There are many ways to collect data for survey research, for example by Mail, telephone interviews, and in-person interviews. Each of these methods has advantages and disadvantages.
Mail advantages: This method allows to collect data without any influence from the interviewer and send surveys by Mail to a selected region or population saving time and lowering costs. Perhaps, big disadvantages are that most of the surveys will end in the garbage with other unwanted Mail from recipients, and it will take a long time to get the surveys by Mail back for further analysis. Surveys by phone have the advantages to reach significant amount people per day at lower cost from different states at the same time. Perhaps, phone calls disadvantages are that many people will not participate in surveys by phone, lose connection, people are afraid of identity theft, busy working, or using their phones to be involved in social media, and will not survey unless they get something in return. Last, in-person interview advantages are that the collection of data is face to face and interviewees will get a better understanding from interviewers questions. Perhaps, the in-person interview has many disadvantages; it is more expensive than other methods, only limited people per day can be interviewed, and people rejecting to participate.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of how we collect survey data?
The advantages of how we collect survey data depending on the method used. Collecting survey data at low cost and quantity of interviewees will be the most advantageous factor of collecting survey data. For example, Mails, emails, and phone calls have lower cost and are easy to collect for faster analysis. Disadvantages include lacking interest from people to respond emails, letters, or answer unknown phone calls to participate in surveys. Also, last elections “Trump also picked up likely Electoral College votes in the forecast, although FiveThirtyEight still shows Clinton winning the necessary 270 easily: 319 votes to 218.” (Loffredo, 2016, September 30). All polls gave as winner Hillary Clinton, but many people who were asked did not want to accept that they will vote ...

Data is both the good news and the bad news of social media - we get so many numbers from our actions in the space that it's hard to separate the cool from the meaningful. But measuring people is nothing new - CRM programs have been doing this for the last 40+ years. So let's take a look at the best parts from the old school, and see what we can teach the new school about measurement, KPIs and tracking success.

Memorandum Of Association Constitution of Company.pptseri bangash
www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.

Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

Implicitly or explicitly all competing businesses employ a strategy to select a mix
of marketing resources. Formulating such competitive strategies fundamentally
involves recognizing relationships between elements of the marketing mix (e.g.,
price and product quality), as well as assessing competitive and market conditions
(i.e., industry structure in the language of economics).

Unveiling the Secrets How Does Generative AI Work.pdfSam H
At its core, generative artificial intelligence relies on the concept of generative models, which serve as engines that churn out entirely new data resembling their training data. It is like a sculptor who has studied so many forms found in nature and then uses this knowledge to create sculptures from his imagination that have never been seen before anywhere else. If taken to cyberspace, gans work almost the same way.
Enterprise Excellence is Inclusive Excellence.pdfKaiNexus
Enterprise excellence and inclusive excellence are closely linked, and real-world challenges have shown that both are essential to the success of any organization. To achieve enterprise excellence, organizations must focus on improving their operations and processes while creating an inclusive environment that engages everyone. In this interactive session, the facilitator will highlight commonly established business practices and how they limit our ability to engage everyone every day. More importantly, though, participants will likely gain increased awareness of what we can do differently to maximize enterprise excellence through deliberate inclusion.
What is Enterprise Excellence?
Enterprise Excellence is a holistic approach that's aimed at achieving world-class performance across all aspects of the organization.
What might I learn?
A way to engage all in creating Inclusive Excellence. Lessons from the US military and their parallels to the story of Harry Potter. How belt systems and CI teams can destroy inclusive practices. How leadership language invites people to the party. There are three things leaders can do to engage everyone every day: maximizing psychological safety to create environments where folks learn, contribute, and challenge the status quo.
Who might benefit? Anyone and everyone leading folks from the shop floor to top floor.

6. Email Still Matters.
• More than 90% of internet users 18‐72 send and receive

• Nearly one‐quarter of Internet users surveyed said they
were most likely to check their email upon waking.
AOL/Beta Research Corporation (June 2008)

17. The Three Email Airlocks
EVERY email has to pass
through three checkpoints:
1. At the ISP – Do I trust

2. At the Mail Server – Do

3. At the User Client – Do I
trust this sender

30. Great email marketing makes connections:
1. Between customers and messages.
2. Between the email we’re sending,
and the email we sent last week.
3. Between the email we’re sending,
and the one coming up in the future.
Email’s moved to the back burner, partly because Social Media has taken center stageAnd let’s face it – it’s EMAIL. We’ve been using this since the 90’s! Haven’t we figured out all there is to know by now?
Before email took off as a medium, every message you got was from a person you knew or a name you trustedThere wasn’t a need for filtering, because your eye could handle the choices fast enoughEmail hadn’t become malicious yet.Spam accounts for 14.5 billion messages globally per day. In other words, spam makes up 45% of all emails. Some research companies estimate that spam email makes up an even greater portion of global emails, some 73% in fact. The United States is the number one generator of spam email, with Korea clocking in as the second largest contributor of unwanted email.
So we had to invent the referee. We had to create ways to filter out the bad and keep the good inAutomated processes, algorithms, tools to replace our own eyes
