Panktiben C. Trivedi has worked as a Deputy Engineer for PGVCL in Palitana for 11 years. She believes in performing her duties honestly and giving her work justice. *She is working for the same since
11 years.
She takes her work as a goal.
*She believes that to be a successful
employee one should perform his
duty honestly & give justice to work.

opportunity during her long
successful career, as she believes if
we take challenges as an
opportunity we can achieve our
success.
* According to her job satisfaction
should be external not internal.

6. * When sometimes juniors don’t
perform their duty, she herself does
it. So, they feel guilty and work
properly.
* Also when her seniors doesn’t
support her, she proves herself by
her achievements and work
outputs.

7. * Because of her work in PGVCL,
common men has to never face any
problem related to electricity. Also
she has contributed a lot for saving
electricity for future generations.

8. Example Of I Can Do This;
* Once in a rainy days due to heavy
rain there was a tremendous
damage which resulted the whole
town out of electricity, at this time
she believed that “I can do it” and
she was one who solved the
problem.

9. Example Of Fear Of Failure;
* Just after few years she joined
PGVCL Palitana she decided to
provide electricity to each village of
Palitana, she faced ‘Fear Of
Failure’.

* To provide electricity in each and
every village of Palitana town.

* Get promoted as a Chief
Engineer of PGVCL.
