- Good afternoon Ladies and Gentlemen. My name is Kaori Inoue and I’m 3rd year Chiba University student in Japan. It is a great honor to be given this opportunity to present here. 今日は学生によるNPO法人の運営と地域社会と連携した環境活動と題して、千葉大の取り組みを発表したいと思います。
- ・里山の荒廃の進行を防ぎ、森林の有する多面的機能を持続的に発揮させていくために、森林内の下草刈りや、間伐・伐採などの手入れを企業と協力して実施しています。 ・また、ただ里山の整備をするだけでなく、子ども向けのイベントも実施しており、里山が子どもたちにとって自然に親しみを覚えるきっかけの場となることを目指しています。
- ・環境教育事業では、大学生が講師となり毎年千葉県内、都内合わせて約300人の小中学生を対象に環境配慮への意識向上を目指した出前授業を行っています。 ・講義を通して環境問題の深刻さを理解してもらうとともに我々が直面する課題や環境を配慮した行動、その中でも環境配慮商品を知ること・選ぶことの重要性について共に考えるという内容になっています。グループワークや身近な商品に実際に触れてみることにより、環境ラベルに関する知識や生活の中での環境に対する意識を深めることができます。
- NPO法人として、フジサンケイグループが主催する地球環境大賞 文部科学大臣賞を2016年2月に受賞した。 温暖化の防止など環境活動に取り組み、成果を上げている企業や団体が表彰されている。 日本の賞の中で最も大きいものの一つだ。 4/18日に行われた授賞式には、秋篠宮同妃両殿下も来られた。
