God created the world over seven days according to the story. On each day God created something new: light and dark on the first day, sky and sea on the second, land and plants on the third, the sun and moon on the fourth, sea creatures and birds on the fifth, land animals and humans on the sixth day. God rested on the seventh day. The presentation encourages caring for God's creation by not littering, polluting, or killing too many animals in order to protect the environment.

2. God as Creator: God has created the whole world in seven days. Our place in creation is to look after the environment that God has made us.

3. In the beginning there was no earth or sky or sea or animals so…… God commanded “let there be light” and there was. God was very happy with what he saw so he separated the light from darkness. He named the light “day” and the darkness “night.” Night passed and evening came that was day one. Day One:

4. Day Two: On day two God said “Let there be a dome to divide the water and to keep it in two separate places” and it was done. He named the dome “sky.” God thought he was very clever. Night passed and evening came that was day two.

5. Day Three: On the third day God said “ there needs to be some land.” So it was done. The land was very bare, so God commanded “ the land needs to be a bit more green.” So he added some plants and trees. “That looks very good” said God. Night passed and evening came that was day three.

6. Day Four: On day four God said “the darkness is just too dark.” So he hung the moon and the stars up in the sky. “That’s good” said God. He also made the sun to rule over the day. “Fantastic” said God. “From now on the sun will rule over the day and the moon and stars will rule over the night.” Night passed and evening came that was day four.

7. Day Five: God said “I want the water to have many sea creatures, like crabs, turtles, fish and many more.” “I want the sky to be filled with beautifully coloured birds, flying in the sky.” So there was. “Amazing” said God. Night passed and evening came. That was day five.

8. Day Six: On day six God said “there needs to be something on the land that can eat the trees, plants, grass and fruit.” “I know.” “Animals,” said God. So right away there was animals munching on the trees, plants, grass and fruit. “Let there be mankind,” and there was, they were so happy. Night passed and evening came that was day six.

9. Day Seven: “ Ahhhhh! this looks amazing,” said God. So He decided to rest and make this day holy.

10. My Prayer Dear Lord, Thankyou for everything you have made, and we all appreciate it very much. You have made us kind caring and loving, so that we can look after your creation. Thankyou so much. Please help us to bring peace to this land. We will love your creation with all our hearts, so please bless us now so that we can love your creation with all our hearts and bring peace to this land. Amen

11. Three ways I Care for Creation We can care for creation by not littering. Polluting is very harmful to the environment. We can also not drive a car and maybe ride a bike if it is not too far. STOP POLLUTING!!!!! You should not kill more animals then what you need, because then that animal could get killed more and it could end up being extinct. STOP KILLING ANIMALS!!!!! You can also not cut down too many trees when you are building your house. PLANT TREES!!!!!

12. My Place in Creation Our place in creation is to care after and love what God has given us. The world. We have to care after the animals and water the plants and even care after other people. We need to do all these things to be a better person and to have a better world.
