Most of us are suckers for any kind of step by step, risk free path to success. But do those really exist, or are they all a big con? http://mindpersuasion.com
First time business owners might think as if they have fallen into a pitfall from where they can never come out. At times it is stressful and non fruitful, but one should never lose hope. Mentioned are few ways in which entrepreneurs take up things.
Designing for Happiness: A Positive Future for Technology—SXSW 2016Pamela Pavliscak
We design technologies to make life easier, to help tiresome chores go faster, to add value to people's lives. We strive for seamless interaction. We obsess over the details. We believe that we are making the world a better place. And yet we don’t really talk about happiness.
What does is mean to design for happiness? Based on a combination of design research and data science, this proposed SXSW 2016 session will explore what makes people happiest when they use technology and what we can learn from that to design for positive outcomes. Come away from the session with new inspiration and proven techniques for building happiness into the experience. - Panel voting at: http://panelpicker.sxsw.com/vote/47497

Last week I was asked to present at the Big Day in (to 450+ school students) and at Nerd Nite (120+ nerds lols) same deck, kinda, same principles - two very different audiences, and I thought you might get something our of it too :D
Myths, non-truths and little (or not so little) lies that we consciously or unconsciously tell ourselves and others, based on hidden traits.
We all have these hidden traits - the question is, which ones do you have, and how are they affecting your behaviours and performance in business and your private life?
In this video for those with 'Earth' or 'Late Summer' energy, we explain how you might be knowingly or unknowingly telling yourself stories that simply aren't true, what's behind this and what you can do about it.
2018 RD Keynote Selling is a Team Sport - The need to Work Smarter not HarderJacco vanderKooij
What the next-generation salespeople want and how to motivate them. A keynote provided to an audience of 12,000 people in Florianapolis, Brazil. Discusses a new generation in sales, and the focus on working smarter over working harder in an effort to solve ever increasing challenges we face as human kind on this earth. We see this as a global phenomena

Win or Lose---What Not to Do. Common Job Search Myths and Errors By Greg Davi...Greg David
Today's successful job search looks significantly different than it used to and unfortunately most in search mode are unaware of how to have the kind of success available to others who have mastered the "New Model" of job search and advanced to "playing chess" while traditional job seekers continue to play checkers. The game is different, the playing field looks the same but it isn't.
Learning the New Model not only makes a successful job search quick(er), fast(er), and easy(ier), it also helps professionals begin to learn the real process of successful career management which will protect them in the future from being being in transition again, or significantly lessens the time and resources to land in the future from months and months down to days and weeks, if at all. Presented by Greg David (Laka) of Laka & Company. Greg has been in the executive search and human capital advisory marketplace for more than 30 years and has also founded a separately successful firm helping others learn the new model of job search and career management.

Welcome to the Program Your Destiny course. In this course, we will be learning the technology of personal transformation, neuroassociative conditioning (NAC) as pioneered by Tony Robbins. In doing so, you change your destiny, moving towards unlocking the hypersocial self within, the true self free from fear and operating from a place of personal power and love.
https://bit.ly/BabeSideDoll4u Babeside is a company that specializes in creating handcrafted reborn dolls. These dolls are designed to be incredibly lifelike, with realistic skin tones and hair, and they have become increasingly popular among collectors and those who use them for therapeutic purposes. At Babeside, we believe that our reborn dolls can provide comfort and healing to anyone who needs it.
The Healing Power of Babeside's Handcrafted Creations
Our reborn dolls are more than just beautiful pieces of art - they can also help alleviate stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. Studies have shown that holding or cuddling a soft object like a stuffed animal or a reborn doll can release oxytocin, which is often referred to as the "love hormone." This hormone helps us feel calm and relaxed, reducing feelings of stress and anxiety.
In addition to their physical benefits, reborn dolls can also offer emotional support. For many people, having something to care for and nurture can bring a sense of purpose and fulfillment. Reborn dolls can also serve as a reminder of happy memories or loved ones who have passed away.
3. It doesn't really matter what field.
Relationships, business, health.
4. It seems us humans are hard wired to
look for shortcuts.
5. So when some savvy marketer comes
along and gives us some secret
formula that he discovered while
hiking through some hidden cave in
Tibet, we start salivating.
6. While that seems compelling from the
inside out, let's take a look from the
outside in.
7. To be sure, doing anything mechanical
WILL have a proven, step by step
system.
13. Humans are a HUGE collecting of
continuously changing variables, so if
you want to create ANYTHING that's
based on the cooperation of others,
there IS going to be a LARGE amount
of winging it.
14. And this means doing stuff that won't
work, doing stuff that may have the
opposite effect, and doing stuff that
will work a million times better than
we'd hoped.
15. To make it even more confusing, we'll
never know until AFTER we try.
16. To make even MORE confusing-er, we
humans tend to look back at things
that worked out and "rewrite" history,
to make ourselves look like super
heroes.
17. We say things like, "See, I KNEW that
was going to happen!"
19. Now, most people are pretty
uncomfortable doing things when they
have no idea how it's going to come
up.
20. Hence our repeated tendency (since
pretty much the dawn of time) to try
or buy "secret solutions."
21. But the bottom line is that unless
you're willing to take risks, accept and
learn from ALL feedback, you won't
get very far.
22. The GOOD news is that changing your
mindset, and doing some consistent
mental practice, you can learn to
actually HAVE FUN doing things when
the outcome is uncertain.
23. Once you start to EXPECT and look
forward to any feedback, (rather than
pin you hopes on ONLY good feedback)
life really becomes an incredibly fun
journey.
24. Filled with learning, growing, success
in all areas, and plenty other ideas to
be discovered.
