Click on              or press the Return/Enter key.
      • If your Login ID is rejected, there will be an error screen that pops up. Start the login process over,
         typing your Login ID carefully.
      • After 20 minutes of inactivity, you will be logged out. Return to the Login screen and login to re-
         access the Infinity Web Applications. If you are unable to Login, contact your system manager.

               **For maximum functionality with IS On Call, we recommend using Internet Explorer.**
At this point you may access   Directory   Oncall
The    Directory     is automatically displayed once you log in.

      • The directory displays the complete list of contacts that have been assigned to the account.
      • To view a contact’s trace sequence click on name
      • Entries in the directory are automatically viewed. If there are more than 10 entries in a Directory
        click on Previous or Next to rotate view.
      • For security purposes and to ensure functionality changes need to be managed by MediConnect
Click      Oncall      to display the Oncall screen.

        • Click on the schedule you would like to manage. Example O/C, Backup O/C, Fellow O/C,
          Attending O/C, In Patient O/C, etc.
        • The initial login name and password allows the individual to Add, Edit, Copy or Delete a schedule.
          The login name and password should only be provided to administration personnel who have
          these privileges.
• Click on the calendar day (highlighted blue) that you would like to manage.
• Click on the roster (highlighted light blue and right of the calendar) you would like to manage.
• Click on the covering doctor’s name under Resources to assign coverage. On call entry will
  automatically save.
• Please do not enter coverage further than 3 months in advance.
• Click on Assign. An Add screen is displayed prompting for Select Contact and Comment.
• Shift: Role: and Duration: is defined by MediConnect
• Select Contact: Choose the doctor that is going to be on call for the duration period referenced.
• Comment: Type or choose an existing comment from the drop-down menu. It is useful to
  categorize or specify the type of coverage you are entering.
• Date Range: Click on the additional days that the doctor referenced in the Select Contact field
  will cover during the month. Click on Save.

• Vacation coverage and Split coverage: Cannot be managed via IS On Call. Please send an
  email to oncall@mediconnect.com, bfalkner@mediconnect.com & patrick.day@tunstallamac.com.
•   Click on calendar day where the change is required
•   Click on the Shift you would like to Edit
•   Click on UnAssign
•   Click on the covering doctor’s name under Resources to assign coverage. On call entry will
    automatically save.
•   Click OnCall
•   Highlight Spreadsheet
•   Click Shift
•   Click Month
•   Click OnCall
•   Highlight Spreadsheet
•   Click Resource
•   Click Month
◦    8 Full Schedule: A calendar day highlighted in green indicates that the day’s schedule is
    complete and individuals are scheduled on call for the full 24 hour day.
◦    7 Partial Schedule: A calendar day highlighted in yellow indicates the OnCall Schedule for that
    day is partially complete. If there is any gap at all in the 24-hour period, the partial schedule
    symbol is shown. This is the case when people are only scheduled outside of business hours.
◦    3 Empty Schedule: A calendar day highlighted in red is shown when there is no one scheduled
    within the 24 hour period.
•   Click on < to access the OnCall Schedule for the previous month.
•   Click on > to access the OnCall Schedule for the next month.
