This document presents a proposed IoT-enabled smart parking system using sensors and a central server. The system uses ultrasonic and infrared sensors attached to NodeMCU boards to detect occupancy status of parking spaces. If a space is vacant, obstructed, or occupied, that status is sent to a central server via WiFi. The server then displays the parking data to allow drivers to find available spaces quickly. This system aims to reduce pollution by helping drivers locate spaces faster compared to current manual methods. It allows for real-time monitoring of the parking lot and reduces errors.
