This document describes the design, development, and fabrication of an automatic flatbread machine. Key features of the machine include fully automatic operation, compact size suitable for home use, uniform baking, and hygienic production. The machine uses a storing unit to hold ingredients, a mixing unit with a rotating blade to knead dough, and a pressing unit to flatten and bake the dough into flatbreads. Challenges in the design included achieving uniform kneading and making the machine easy to clean. The machine was designed for domestic use and can produce 15-20 flatbreads per hour with minimal labor.
