This is my study on organization communication networks. using sociometric questionnaires and praticipative observation, i try to map the information flows and organization structures within organization.

2. 1. One of the challenges in an organization is to
deliver information to all parts of the organization.
2. Efficiency may depend on the flow of information.
3. Information flow process is a complicated
process and can not fit with the organizational structure.

LATAR BELAKANG
Communication networks are the patterns of contact between
peers with mentransferkanthe communication and exchange
of messages in space and time.
(Monge & Contractor, 1998)
In the communication network are individuals who are
connected are connected by flows of information.
