1. Login to IPP PRM
Click on View Payment History
Search the gift record using start and end date.
 If you have cardholder name available, place that in Customer No field and hit search
 If you have entire credit card number available, place the first four and last three
digits along with gift date and amount to search the transaction

2. In either case, you will see the entire gift history by hitting search. This will populate all the
transactions between selected dates for the selected amount for the selected card holder
name
Based on the date of transaction, click on view details:
