5. Sitting Position Tips
Put your feet flat on the floor (if possible).
Make your back straight (if possible).
Put your arms comfortably at your sides. Your
arms should be relaxed.
Lift your hands to the keyboard. If your arms are
no longer at your sides, you are sitting too far.
Your wrists should not be touching the keyboard
or the desk. They should also be flat.
The keyboard should at the center.
Your fingers should be bent.
