5. Logistics
• Upon arrival your flowers will be cut and sleeved when necessary and
immediately placed in water. The same day, your flowers will have been
delivered and sold at the auction or to a direct client

we are able to ensure high-speed processing

locations of FloraHolland and enables you to auction on every

11. Costs are low and transparant:
• BFI charges for unpacking, sleeving and impeccable presentation of your flowers
starting at 1.2 eurocents per stem, depending on your wishes
• BFI monitores and checks the administrative clearing by FloraHolland of your
flowers at the auction and through direct sales
• Payment of all proceeds will be executed direct into your bank account by
FloraHolland on a weekly basis

12. It is the price that matters
• Our direct sales team has built up a solid network of high end buyers
• Building client relationships for your flowers under YOUR name (!) is our main
goal when it comes to direct sales
• A proven track record of 18% higher prices through direct sales compared to
auction prices of exactly the same product from the same farm
• A 4% commission fee will be charged seperately by BFI for its sales and
marketing efforts
