The multi-faceted display will include demonstration garden beds - such as an urban deck, balcony, verge and average sized yard - showing nutrient dense food grown using sustainable technologies and opportunities. It will not only provide practical solutions for urban agriculture but also educate a new generation of urban agriculturalists to utilize city landscapes - backyards, vacant lots, parks, and roofs - to grow food. This proposal is highly supported by collaborating groups promoting sustainable food production and community resilience.

This paper offers an alternative theoretical perspective to the growing collection of commentaries on and studies of certain complex dynamical phenomena-human knowledge and understanding. Specifically, it introduces another complexity-related theoretical framework known as "complex responsive processes" (CRP). Briefly put, a CRP perspective draws upon certain conceptual ideas from the complexity sciences as a source domain for analogies with particular characteristics of human interaction. The central concern is for how individual and collective identities arise, relate, and change through the ongoing processes of relating. Framed as such, a CRP perspective presents itself as an alternative way of thinking about organization life and human knowledge that focuses attention on processes of human relating as opposed to human affects.

Virtualization security is important for detecting malicious programs. Several properties of virtualization can be useful for security, such as isolation, instrumentation, and replay. However, virtualization can also introduce new vulnerabilities. Modern viruses use polymorphism to evade detection by changing their code structure but maintaining functionality. Emulating polymorphic malware in a virtual machine may not be effective for detection since the malware could detect that it is running in an emulated environment. More research is needed to develop techniques that can securely detect and analyze evolving malware using virtualization and emulation.

Beacony - jak o nich myśleć (Generation Mobile 2015)Marcin Zaremba
This document discusses beacons and how to think about them. It suggests that we should think of every purchase as hiring something to do a job for us, and asks what job beacons do for us. Common uses of beacons include retail, hospitality, tourism, education, healthcare, entertainment, travel and more. However, consumers may not notice beacons like they don't notice internet cables. The document advocates thinking of technology's purpose in terms of the work it performs, avoiding commoditization through ephemeralization of technology, and building infrastructure like beacons to support ephemeralization.

Articulo 416 LeCrim. La dispensa de la Obligación de Declarar.owaj
This document discusses the application of criminal procedural rights in cases of domestic violence and gender-based crimes. Specifically, it addresses the right of the accused to not declare against themselves or their close relatives in such cases. It notes that while this right exists to protect family relationships and privacy, it can also obstruct justice in cases where the victim's testimony is crucial. The document recommends that in these situations, the judge should inform the accused that declining to testify could be interpreted as an admission of guilt. It also stresses the need to apply a gender perspective and take into account the power dynamics at play between the accused and victim. Overall, the document aims to balance protecting procedural rights with pursuing truth and justice for victims of gender-based violence.
