Print Media
Daily News print: Newspaper supplement on the festival are planned and signed with
News. This supplement will evaluate the festival and highlight features, exhibitors and
sponsors of the event. It will be published and distributed with the daily newspapers.
Newspaper Advertisements: Advertisements will run for an entire week leading up to
the show and on the show dates in English newspapers. Advertisements will also be
placed in other countries in advance of the show with the intent of drawing visitors to the
event.
Trade & Consumer Publications/Media Partners: Leading publications from around
the region and abroad will carry advertisements and editorial on the event and will be
present at the festival. These media partners will also help in the online promotion of the
show.
Broadcast Media
Business Partner: As part of this partnership we benefit from adverts running on our
shows throughout the year.
Radio advertisements: During the lead up to the a Festival, advertisements will run on
FM stations across the country.
Radio Road Shows: Three radio stations will broadcast live from the Festival. Radio
interviews will be conducted and broadcast live during the show.
Television: Advertising and other television operators leading up to and during the event.
Coverage of the event and live interviews will be telecast on local television networks
during the event.
Online Media
As organizers of the largest social blog - design d’autore - one million fans worlwide

Complimentary & VIP Invitation distribution: Hard copy invitations will be mailed to
our visitor database and VIP invitations will be distributed to prominent business people
and protocol visitors in the region.
Flyer Distribution: Some stores, hotels and cafes will carry the Festival flyers. In
addition, Festival flyers will be distributed at residential areas around.
Public Relations
Forming an integral part of the marketing plan, the PR activity is managed by our
contracted PR agency.. The PR campaign will be launched with a art food break hosted
for the media at the figueras Hotel in summer.
Over 40 journalists from the daily press and travel and leisure consumer and trade
publications will attend the event.
Over 10 press releases will be issued between JUNe and September, scheduled to intensify
closer to the Festival. As part of the PR agency’s responsibility, sponsors and participating
companies will be contacted for information and statements that will be incorporated into
the press releases. During the Festival, a dedicated PR office onsite will manage and liaise
between the press and participating companies for interviews and statements released to
the media.
Social Media
Our new forte, over the last few months we have expanded our reach immensely. With the
total integration of all our platforms and the website we have greatly increase our
following on Twitter and Facebook. LinkedIn is also covered and we have received a great
response from that from as well.

The media lounge is manned by our PR company and catered for by the Hotel with
internet and computing facilities provided for all press. We have the usual meet and greet
