This document discusses a research project studying how digital socialization and eco-friendly consumption habits can mobilize citizens towards more sustainable behaviors. The researchers observed a neighborhood in Dijon, France called Fontaine d'Ouche to analyze residents' resilience around consumption practices and issues during the socio-ecological transition. Their hypothesis is that popular neighborhoods in cities may be better prepared for resilience compared to other areas like eco-districts. The methodology includes a literature review on ICT and environmental issues, a survey of residents' digital skills and practices, benchmarking public spaces, and qualitative interviews with local web activists to help design a virtual community promoting sustainability in Fontaine d'Ouche.
