This document provides an overview of change management and its intersection with Agile iterative development approaches. It discusses the foundations of Agile, comparing its iterative sprint approach to traditional waterfall models. It also examines managing change "to" and "in" Agile. The Prosci ADKAR model for individual change is presented as a framework that can be applied within each Agile sprint to help people change as needed to achieve benefits. Change management practices like communication and training need to be adapted to the faster, more iterative pace of Agile while still focusing on preparing and supporting individuals through their change journeys.
