Rajdeep ranawat is indian couture designer . rajdeep ranawat graduates of the
national institute of fashion technology in 2000.
‘’Rajdeep ranawat" is an Indian fashion label, founded by its namesake
couturier Rajdeep Ranawat in oct 2004.
.
Creating apparel that are best described as "art to wear" the label strives to
incorporate elegance, class, and originality to practice designs.
Using the finest materials, weaves, metallic threads, beads, pearls, sequins and
Swarovski elements among a few, a Rajdeep Ranawat creates a dazzling
statement of glamour and style .
Designer Rajdeep Ranawat have their own private company and stores in
Delhi and have also opened new store in Dubai.
Rajdeep Ranawat participated in FDCI , Indian runway week , Gen-Nex , etc.
Collections study by me : versailles , jamawar ,bali , palace , Indies etc.
The label draws its direct inspiration from nature and specializes in luxury
goods like haute couture, pret-a-porter, resort-wear, diffusion, among others;
for both the sexes.
At Rajdeep Ranawat, Indian artisan skills and techniques are utilized to produce
fine embroidered, sequined, beaded motifs and designs. Further, original digital
and block prints in generic western silhouettes create a novel bland.

9. PRODUCTION ROOM
Fabric cutting, sewing and overlocking is done
under this department . All the garments which are
not bespoke are made here. This department
includes one pattern maker, one who does the
grading , one fabric cutter and other seamstresses.

10. FINISHING PROCESS
Garment is checked before packing
(Finished garment through buttons,
labels, tags, and cleaning spots) etc.
after swing of the garment all pieces
are checked by the quality checker to
ensure that the garment have been
made as per buyer’s quality standards
.

11. Crystals are used to be applied on finished garment .

12. PRINTING ROOM
STORE ROOM
Poly printing : firstly making prints on graphic software . Then printing on
paper after printing this print go to fusing on fabric.
All the old collection and fabrics are stored in the RR cartoon .these materials
order for the production of the garment are kept and checked at the store . The
manager of these store handles the costing of each and every fabrics so one
can order fabric accordingly.

13. ADDA ( HAND WORK ) ROOM
All the sequenced work and handcraft
work , handmade jewellery are done in
this room .

14. EMBROIDERY
All these khakhas and embroidery
done by me in which I used thread
embroidery and patch embroidery
and thread jari work for decorative
purpose .these motifs are used on
the garment as a emphasis point or
we can also call it as a focal point.
In this I used the floral motifs
according to the SS18’ color story.

18. INDOOR PHOTOSHOOT FOR VALENTINE DAY
Drench yourself in reds .Drench yourself in some pashmina .It was capsule
collection. It was the first photoshoot experience.
TASK
This is the first task during my
internship . This task was given
maam ishita . Under this task I
was supposed to design the
accessories using tribal art under
the time limit of 3 hours . And I
was able to complete my task
successfully.

19. CORAL (COLLECTION)
PHOTOSHOOT
I also witnessed the photoshoot which is
based on coral collection.
We are working on a coral collection
accessories .Which is inspired from marein
life .And we have made 4 to 5 accessories.
In which I have made 3 accessories
This experience was totally different for
me .In which I have learnt various things ,
that includes how designers accessories
their garment and how to attract people
through images.
ACCESSORIES

20. This accessory is inspired from
octopus. In which I have used silk
fabric , crystals , wires , net and shells
are also used in order to give a look of
a marine life.
This accessories made from
cancan net .And crystals
random ally spread out on the
cancan surface .Flowers are
used for decorative purpose. Its
look very beautiful at the
photoshoot time.

I have learnt about how to making prints using
graphics software and then produce garment etc.
Its totally different experience .I saw how to
designer work how they develop their collection
and how they convert in reality . i saw all
process starting to end.

29. I have two stole designed during my internship time period .

Market : houte couture
In which the first one patch work stole. I was inspired from marine life and
used same print on the stole . The stole designed during my internship time
period with the given waste material. The print has starfish , shells etc. All
over the stole and colors are used in this yellow and yellow tone colors to
show the happiness and joy. Stole hem finish with cutwork according to
design .

• Before making stole Arrange the motif on photoshop for the
look
• Cut prints motif and place on the fabric for the patch work .

31. In second stole I used machine embroidery in which motif is create or
design by me . I used the rainbow colors .
• Firstly make motif with the help of pencil on the paper.
• Secondally trace the motif on the tracing paper.
• After tracing pinning the tracing paper..
• Then pinning khakha trace on the fabric.
• Finally select colors for the motif.
