Emotional Learning
What I love about this internship experience
Environment
The most important reason that I
enjoyed this time period is because of
the environment.
I always believe that if you love
your job, you do not need to work at
all. In this team, I felt how it can be.
Us, team members, between
colleagues and friends, I prefer the
word friends to describe our
relationship.
Up from the department director to
me, we all be able share ideals fairly
and having fun during hard working.
The balance between tight and loose
make me feel emotional relax, and
always feel tightly related to the team.
This is the first thing I love about
the environment.
Environment
The second thing I would love to share about this the attitude.
I have heard so many people complain about their job as boring and
hopeless. instead, I only felt fun and enjoyment here.
Every one is honor to what they be responsible for. We have no fear
about failure cause everyone know that if we work together, we must
be able to solve the problem.
There is this positive energy always float around us, that push us to
find the best solution. The team spirit that pass down from the
department head is never give up on any ideas or issues.
This is also what I love about the environment.
