The complete booking may include flights with one or more hotel segments and one or more car rental segments that are optional. 11. Internet Booking Engine Airline bookings are done by the customer and sent to a specific area in our reservation systems “Queue”. Tickets have to be issued by one of our offices. Payment can be done on credit base, cash or credit cards (Slips have to be signed by the customer). Frequent flyer numbers can be added on the reservations Documents can then be issued / delivered : Paper documents or E-Documents. Hotel and car reservation are also done with the same process, the vouchers are paper issued or E-issued SH
