Western Sydney University will invest AU$10 million in an International Scholarships Program in 2018. This new initiative is in addition to our existing scholarships program for international students. The International Scholarships Program will help support our future international students to succeed at Western Sydney University and beyond.

• Full Scholarship (tuition fees, return home travel, establishment allowance, living allowance,
Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), Supplementary Academic Support).
• Does not apply to the Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery
• Must submit application to In-Country Scholarship Office
• Cannot submit application to the university directly
• Normally needs to apply at least 9 months prior to course commencement

Vice-Chancellor's Academic Excellence Undergraduate Scholarships
• 50% tuition fee (up to 3 years)
• does not apply to the Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery
• minimum ATAR of 90 or equivalent in higher secondary studies
• not be seeking advanced standing
• Student visa (subclass 500)
• no separate scholarship application is required
• Deadline: 15 November 2017.
• 16 November 2017 - Identify all candidates who meet the eligibilities and short-listing will be
carried out after that. All short listed candidates will be notified and requested to provide a
personal statement for final selection.

following year commencement.
