dialogue.

2. Conference Goal:
Dialogue between policy makers, researchers and academics on policy and research of
governments’ research and diversity. Banks and Public Health Institutions in African for
sustainable and innovative management through the development of regional research and
management structures, sustained academic programs and partnerships and innovative
management practices and strategies in managing the cost and benefits of international
migration.
Conference specific Objectives:
The conference comes within the framework of global discussions on International migration
through a forum for African and International Policy experts, academic and research institutions
to dialogue, and strengthen, develop policy, partnership and a platform to manage the
opportunities and challenges of International Migration through the development of capacities
and institutional research and innovative management.
Provision of Monitoring partnership through which regional research shall expand and improve
strategic approach and planning in partnership with governments for policy dialogue and
resource development.
Expected Outcome:
Partnership and improved strategic approach partnership and access to knowledge ,
international collaboration, opportunities and management to research, policy and academia,
leading to increase innovation and improved awareness and funding opportunities.

Selection of Papers
The Conference theme encompasses five strands or threads of ideas with a coherent strategy;
each can be taken forward separately or as the case is through inter-disciplinary
approach/method. Selection of papers will be based on
- Originality of ideas
- Clarity of form and presentation
- Foundation and establishment of contribution in line with conference objectives
- Knowledge platform in terms of reference, resources and practice.

4. The conference comes within the framework of global discussion on international migration
and security development, cultural education and public death and disaster management.
Each of these themes can be employed or developed separately nonetheless in relation to the
vision and general objectives of the conference.
- Increase partnership and development of regional research and the establishment of
none existing centres with a view of developing a date base and support systems
- To facilitate collaboration in policy and research
- Development of university programmes/curriculum for the dissimilation, research and
study of innovative management strategies in Africa.
Conference Structure
The conference shall be organized in one full plenary session, followed by work in committees
by experts in their respective areas of interest/research. Presentation of papers shall last four
(4) – 10 minutes.
