ICFAI Business School, Gurgaon, a constituent of the ICFAI Foundation is organizing an
International Conference on "Management Imperatives for Sustainable Growth" at its Campus
on Friday, the 24th
of August 2018.
ICFAI Business School Gurgaon has been in the forefront of Management education since its
inception in 1995. We are a Constituent of the ICFAI Foundation, which was established in 1985
with our CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) Program
Our two year full time Management program (PGPM) offers a team focused learning
environment to our students and prepares them to master skills and concepts in the area of
Finance, Marketing, IT and HR. We also have subjects like Business Analytics, Advanced
Business Analytics, Big Data Analytics, Financial and Marketing Analytics.
The aim of this Conference is to enhance the information exchange of research and
advancements at national and international levels in the fields of Marketing, Human Resources,
Finance & Economics and Business Analytics. This is also to encourage and promote
professional interaction amongst Academicians, Corporate Professionals, Entrepreneurs,
Research Scholars and Students to share their latest findings in their respective fields towards
sustainable growth.
I have great pleasure in inviting you to send a Research Paper on any of the sub themes
mentioned in the Brochure.
You are requested to send an abstract of your research paper so as to reach us latest by 15th
June, 2018, as an email attachment (.doc) to conference.ibsg@ibsindia.org along with a cover
page mentioning the Title of Paper, Author’s Names & Affiliations and Contact Details.

CALL FOR PAPERS IN THE AREAS OF MARKETING, HUMAN RESOURCES,
FINANCE & ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS ANALYTICS
The rapid changes which the Global economies have witnessed in the last decade, has thrown
open newer challenges which need to be addressed for sustaining and excelling in growth. In
today’s turbulent times, the most important Management imperative for Sustainable Growth
would involve concern towards the expectations of all the stakeholders. This would be followed
by formulation and execution of strategies to meet these expectations at all points in time.
Responding to an ever increasing unstable business environment, corporates will now have to
first set their growth directions right. This would be followed by the imperatives in all
management areas, which are the key enablers.
To critically analyze this issue, this Conference invites unpublished research papers in any one of

Submission Guidelines
 Abstract of not more than 200 words along with four keywords and a cover page may be
sent to conference.ibsg@ibsindia.org
 The Cover page should contain the Title of Paper, Author(s) Names & Affiliations,
Contact Details (Address, Email id, Phone Numbers).
 Papers previously published or currently under review by other publications should not
be submitted.
 Each Author may send only one Contribution as the first author. There cannot be more
than 3 authors per paper.
 The final paper shall be submitted in electronic format (MS Word / PDF format) to
conference.ibsg@ibsindia.org
 Paper should be a maximum of 15 pages, including an abstract keywords, references,
exhibits and appendices.
 Body text: 12 pt. Times Roman, justified single-line spacing.
 Tables and Figures must be properly captioned and numbered. The caption should appear
at the foot of the figure. For Tables, the caption should appear immediately above the
table. Place all the figures and tables in the Centre of the page.
 Acknowledgements and References should include following information: author or
institution, full title, publisher, city and year (for books, manuals, etc.); or full journal
name, volume, year, and page range (for papers).

About ICFAI Business School (IBS), Gurgaon
ICFAI was established in 1984 as a not-for-profit society with the broad objective of
empowering citizens through world class quality education. The Institute announced its arrival
into the Indian education fora by launching a high end, innovative professional program in
financial analysis in 1985. The Program was first-of-its-kind in India, aimed at equipping
students and working professionals with cutting edge knowledge in contemporary areas of
finance.

ICFAI Business School, Gurgaon, one among the nine Business Schools under the ICFAI Group,
has been in the forefront of management education. It offers two years full time Post Graduate
Program in Management specializing in the areas of Finance, Marketing, HR, IT, Operations and
Analytics. During its over 20 years journey, the Institute has all along strived to promote highest
order of academic rigor coupled with skills required by corporate in a fast changing world. It
emphasizes on problem based learning approach through extensive use of case studies.
Review, Acceptance & Award
 Paper submitted shall first be vetted by a Panel of Experts and selected papers would be
invited for presentation in each category - Marketing, Human Resources, Finance &
Economics, and Business Analytics.
 Each presenter(s) shall be given 15 minutes to present the paper which will be followed
by 5 minutes for questions and answers.
 There would be two prizes at stake under each category. The winner under each category
would receive a cash award of Rs. 5000/- and the Runner up Rs.3000/-along with
certificates.
 All paper presenters will receive a Certificate of Participation
 ICFAI Foundation reserves the right to publish the Research Paper in any of its
Publications.

There cannot be more than 3 authors per paper.  The final paper shall be submitted in electronic format (MS Word / PDF format) to conference.ibsg@ibsindia.org  Paper should be a maximum of 15 pages, including an abstract keywords, references, exhibits and appendices.  Body text: 12 pt. Times Roman, justified single-line spacing.  Tables and Figures must be properly captioned and numbered. The caption should appear at the foot of the figure. For Tables, the caption should appear immediately above the table. Place all the figures and tables in the Centre of the page.  Acknowledgements and References should include following information: author or institution, full title, publisher, city and year (for books, manuals, etc.); or full journal name, volume, year, and page range (for papers).
