Personalised training for healthcare professionals in the process mining field are happening in Stockholm, Coimbra and Valencia in
order to boost the European healthcare systems to a new redefinition of pathways from a value based perspective, paying
attention to Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMS) and Patient Reported Experience Measures (PREMS). A proper
application of analysis based on process mining will impact in both healthcare improvement and cost management, following a
value based system approach and through the creation of alliances with entities as International Consortium Health Outcomes
Measurement (ICHOM).
