Teacher-student interaction is most constructive when based on mutual respect, credibility, fairness, trust, interest, enthusiasm, and adaptive teaching. Student-student interaction is constructive when students develop cooperative learning relationships, as it helps develop higher-order thinking, enhances communication skills, promotes leadership skills, and stimulates critical thinking.
