- #11 Internet connection is many times slower and less reliable than it should be if we want to use ICT as an educational tool on a regular basis. That’s the reason why our Ministry is working with public and private companies to secure a broadband internet service throughout the country

Sessions where the staff works on areas where we diagnose or feel we want improvement. Sessions are conducted using brainstorming, critical and creative thinking strategies in order to come up with new ideas to improve services and more effective and satisfactory ways to organize our work. Best proyects are chosen and 20% free time allocated to the winner team in order to complete the plan.
