from the customer,
regarding the
operation of the
leaflet holder not
swinging back to its
original position.
Leaflet holder
mouldings were
modified at the start
of the year due to the
same issue. Weight
of the colour guide
booklets is 2.4kg.

Note: issue is to do with the weight of the colour guides
and the position of the colour guides. If the colour
guides are vertically position, then the holder will
swing back to it original position. Leaflet holder needs
more support. See photograph below.

By inserting a plate
between the inside of
the leaflet holder and
the mounting pivot
moulding. This stops
the leaflet holder
from jamming itself
on to the shoulder of
mounting pivot
moulding.

Technical have designed a plate, this will be sampled.
We also may need to modify the pivot moulding,
remove shoulder. Technical aware.
