and is engaged in manufacturing of modified thermoplastics.
 The company products are used in various sectors like Automotive, Electronic appliances,
Consumer goods, Toys etc.
 Manufacturing locations : Pondicharry, Pune, Manesar
 Compounding capacity 60000 MTA
 Number of employees 150
 They are the leaders in compounding business in India for modified Polypropylene business
 moingfa shows 30-50 % growth YoY since 2013 after acquiring Indian company – Hydro S&S
limited
WHY MINGFA?
 Well known company in my field of work and being a former employee of that Organization.
 Broad product line which is an advantage to change dynamics of business time to time
according to the market reaction.
 To provide my insight and inputs to boost sales and business development to Miongfa India
 To impart Ideas to retain the position and to improvise strategies.
 Application of technology and innovation for the Business Development team.
 To strengthen and motivate the team

TEAMWORK
 The benefits of teamwork include increased efficiency, the ability to focus different minds on the
same problem and mutual support.
 Barriers In Teamwork Creativity:
1. an over-reliance on feelings or emotions.
2. self-centered or societal thinking
3. unconscious bias, or selective perception.
 The barriers of creativity can be solved with the help of critical thinking
1. Improving Communication
2. Unlocking Creativity
3. Dealing with Change in a Positive Way
 Once the team starts collaborating evenly by sharing Ideas it is a great boost for the organization
to achieve its goal.
UNDERSTANDING AND APPLYING IDEAS
 Organization should start Innovating new ideas to Improve the sales by finding new
customers to Keep the market share and to achieve the Organization Budget.
 Culture has always been regarded as a primary determinant of innovation. creativity through
the innovations that are flowing through the organization that often needs a critical focal
point to create a change that has impact. (Hobcraft, 2015).
 Creative problem solving gives that competitive edge that any business is striving to achieve.
 Change is the inevitable result of this creative and innovative process. (J.C.SCULL, 2016)
DIVERSITY IN TEAM
 Diversity in a team can help the organization to see the employees commitment to the job
and it can help to increase the creativity in organization
 Diversifying team members based on experiences and skills level can increase the chances of
building an effective team.(Simons, Pelled, & Smith, 1999).
 Debate: Developing strategies to keep communication open will be key to making sure the
debate stays functional, rather than becoming personal.
 Decision Comprehensiveness: This process enables team members to look at the bigger
picture from the viewpoints of others and to encourage team members to try new things.
 Performance: Increased performance has been linked to team diversity through the process of
design. With the varying degrees of expertise and knowledge, team members can produce
better results and lead to increased sales and profitability.
 Through the process of team diversity, it is important to monitor team members to address
issues of controversary or mismatched personalities before they become a hinderance to the
team.
ETHICAL CONSIDERATION
 Business Ethics covers the very complex relation between ethics and economics and
management (Bowie, 1982).
 Strengths as an Ethical Guide
1. Encourages efficiency and productivity.
2. Parallels profit maximization.
3. Encourages looking beyond the individual to assess impact of decisions on all constituencies.
 Innovation in global health today goes hand-in-hand with social entrepreneurship. Social
entrepreneurship combines the passion of a social mission with business ideas of discipline,
innovation, and determination.
WEIRD RULES OF CREATIVITY
 Reward success and failure; punish inaction.
 As Sutton puts it, “Creativity is a function of the quantity of work produced.” This is a version
of Seth Godin’s “Just ship” philosophy. Sutton suggests measuring activity level as an indicator
of performance – whether someone is doing something or doing nothing– and evaluating
accordingly.(Sutton,2001)
 By using weird rule of creativity it adds dimensions and to do tasks in a different way.
CONCLUSION
 By following the discussed strategies it is possible for the organization to achieve the target.
 The three components of creativity image helps the organization in moving towards the
success and to achieve their goal.(Amabile, 1998)

WHY MINGFA?  Well known company in my field of work and being a former employee of that Organization.  Broad product line which is an advantage to change dynamics of business time to time according to the market reaction.  To provide my insight and inputs to boost sales and business development to Miongfa India  To impart Ideas to retain the position and to improvise strategies.  Application of technology and innovation for the Business Development team.  To strengthen and motivate the team

What Mjingfa did ?  FY2018-19 Budgeted volume : 60000 Mt Achieved volume : 44000 Mt Budget GM : 15% Achieved GM : 11-12 % New products Introduced: 3 (PC/ABS, LFT, PA/PVC) Added two new lines of production to increase capacity ( 2KT increase in capacity) *GM- Gross Margin *PC/ABS- Poly carbonate-abs alloy *LFT- Long Fibre Thermoplastics *PA/PVC- Polyamide-PVC 20% gap in Volume 3-4% In GM to be achieved

  • 7. What iinfa needs to do ?  Improvising Team strength by new strategies, new concepts and ideas.  Identify barriers and Innovate accordingly  Adapting weird rules of creativity  Understanding and playing by the ethics

TEAMWORK  The benefits of teamwork include increased efficiency, the ability to focus different minds on the same problem and mutual support.  Barriers In Teamwork Creativity: 1. an over-reliance on feelings or emotions. 2. self-centered or societal thinking 3. unconscious bias, or selective perception.  The barriers of creativity can be solved with the help of critical thinking 1. Improving Communication 2. Unlocking Creativity 3. Dealing with Change in a Positive Way  Once the team starts collaborating evenly by sharing Ideas it is a great boost for the organization to achieve its goal.

UNDERSTANDING AND APPLYING IDEAS  Organization should start Innovating new ideas to Improve the sales by finding new customers to Keep the market share and to achieve the Organization Budget.  Culture has always been regarded as a primary determinant of innovation. creativity through the innovations that are flowing through the organization that often needs a critical focal point to create a change that has impact. (Hobcraft, 2015).  Creative problem solving gives that competitive edge that any business is striving to achieve.  Change is the inevitable result of this creative and innovative process. (J.C.SCULL, 2016)

DIVERSITY IN TEAM  Diversity in a team can help the organization to see the employees commitment to the job and it can help to increase the creativity in organization  Diversifying team members based on experiences and skills level can increase the chances of building an effective team.(Simons, Pelled, & Smith, 1999).  Debate: Developing strategies to keep communication open will be key to making sure the debate stays functional, rather than becoming personal.  Decision Comprehensiveness: This process enables team members to look at the bigger picture from the viewpoints of others and to encourage team members to try new things.  Performance: Increased performance has been linked to team diversity through the process of design. With the varying degrees of expertise and knowledge, team members can produce better results and lead to increased sales and profitability.  Through the process of team diversity, it is important to monitor team members to address issues of controversary or mismatched personalities before they become a hinderance to the team.
  • 12. ETHICAL CONSIDERATION  Business Ethics covers the very complex relation between ethics and economics and management (Bowie, 1982).  Strengths as an Ethical Guide 1. Encourages efficiency and productivity. 2. Parallels profit maximization. 3. Encourages looking beyond the individual to assess impact of decisions on all constituencies.  Innovation in global health today goes hand-in-hand with social entrepreneurship. Social entrepreneurship combines the passion of a social mission with business ideas of discipline, innovation, and determination.

WEIRD RULES OF CREATIVITY  Reward success and failure; punish inaction.  As Sutton puts it, “Creativity is a function of the quantity of work produced.” This is a version of Seth Godin’s “Just ship” philosophy. Sutton suggests measuring activity level as an indicator of performance – whether someone is doing something or doing nothing– and evaluating accordingly.(Sutton,2001)  By using weird rule of creativity it adds dimensions and to do tasks in a different way.
  • 14. CONCLUSION  By following the discussed strategies it is possible for the organization to achieve the target.  The three components of creativity image helps the organization in moving towards the success and to achieve their goal.(Amabile, 1998)
