SMILE building is fast and cost-
effective to set up without special
tools or skills in various crisis
situations.
The frame can be imported - even
as components sized to male-
powered transportation – and
complemented with different
options locally.
Galvanized steel has extra long life
span and even components can be
reused. Prototype was pre-assembled and checked in a production hall before transportation.

Structural design method of
foundation and frame ensures
resistance to high winds and
earthquakes. In prototype we used
screw piles.
Method enables easy disassembly,
move and reuse.

and solar power. It was assembled in March 2019, in Kathmandu, Nepal

Young people are also included to decision-making
IMPACT OF YOUTH ROBOT (YR):
Channelling the opinion of young people and
activating political elite.
SITUATION NOW:
Peace conferences are a channel to bring issues up,
but the participants are limited to five groups and
have no young people; Government, Military,
Ethnical, Political parties and Civil Society Orgs.
Youth congress can bring up the voice but they are
not very influential.
