Universities see value in bundling online education with campus experiences and research opportunities to maintain their value proposition compared to lower-cost MOOC alternatives.

Growing up with Mahara
Southampton Solent University conducted research from 2008-2009 on how to better support students' personal development and recording of progress. They piloted the open source ePortfolio system Mahara from 2009-2010 and found that while students liked it, help resources and support needed improving. From 2010 onward, Mahara was adopted more widely across programs and support was expanded. Evaluations found Mahara helped with reflective practice, group work, and professional portfolios. By 2015, additional programs were piloting Mahara's benefits for work-based learning, feedback, and transforming practice.

The government is promoting online education to provide more educational opportunities for those in remote areas or with limited access. As internet access expands across India, more universities are offering online courses using advanced interactive technologies that blend online and classroom learning. International MOOCs like edX and Coursera also provide online access to top global universities.

Week three elementary technology integration presentation l albino

The introduction of DLAU and the CCB & CCX licensing model caused quite a stir in the HCL community. As a Notes and Domino customer, you may have faced challenges with unexpected user counts and license costs. You probably have questions on how this new licensing approach works and how to benefit from it. Most importantly, you likely have budget constraints and want to save money where possible.
