INTRODUCTION
Infrastructure allows the development of countries and help increase wealth of these.
Planning these is a fundamental aspect and requires a very detailed study since the economic
outlays are very important.
Investment in infrastructure is one of the main drivers of economic growth and a
condition necessary to improve the quality of life of the citizens of Peru.
Peru has a low provision of infrastructure in comparison with other countries of similar
incomes. Thus, it is estimated that the long-term infrastructure gap in the country amounts to
US$ 110 billion, which is equivalent to 54% of the national GDP in 2020. This The problem is
due to the limited capacity of the State to invest in infrastructure and inefficient use of available
resources.
