The document announces the II International Student Conference of Biotechnology to be held from November 19-21, 2010 in Wroclaw, Poland. The conference is organized by the University of Wroclaw's Academic Society of Biotechnology Students and is intended for biotechnology students and PhD students. Participants will present 10 minute short presentations or posters on their research projects and make new contacts. Registration is required by September 31, 2010 along with a conference fee. The event aims to share knowledge between Polish and international university students in biological fields.

Among many projects, for the last 11 years we have established a tradition of the Nationwide Academic
Seminar of Biotechnology Students. It has grown from a small conference, to a prestigious place, where
students and doctoral students present their results. During the years, our conference has been a starting
point for many young Polish biotechnology scientists. A year ago for the first time we set up a satellite event
enabling international students to participate in our meeting.
