1. THE INFORMANT TRAILER SCRIPT
BEGINNING OF THE TRAILER.
EXT. PARK. DAY
The year is 2002, HARRY and RONNIE are children. Another
child, whilst playing football in the park, fouls RONNIE.
RONNIE reacts aggressively and an argument arises.
RONNIE:
oi! What you think you’re doing!
KID 1:
I got the ball, stop being a pussy…
RONNIE:
what did you say!
KID 2:
He said stop being a little Pussy
RONNIE lunges toward the other child and a fight starts.
HARRY attempts to diffuse the situation and take RONNIE
home.
HARRY:
He aint worth it RON.
RONNIE:
I swear, if I see that twat again.
HARRY:
let’s head home, my mum will kill me if I’m late for
dinner again.
RONNIE:
come on then let’s go.

INT. LOCAL PUB. NIGHT.
The year is now 2017. RONNIE, holding a briefcase, opens
the door and enters first, with HARRY following. Many
people get up to greet them.

2. MOBSTER 1
RONNIE, how are ya son.
RONNIE
Same old TONY, same old.
MOBSTER 2
HARRY, how are ya, hows your mum.
HARRY
Yeah not bad, she’s good john cheers.
RONNIE
You seen the BOSS?
MOBSTER 1
Yeah he’s round the back.
RONNIE and HARRY begin to walk to the back of the pub,
greeting more people on their way.
RONNIE slides the briefcase across the table towards the
MOB BOSS
RONNIE
It’s all there £250,000.
MOB BOSS
Well done you two, you’ve shown me you have what it takes
to go far in this business, I want you two at my side
while I’m at the top
EXT. HARRY’S HOUSE. NIGHT
ESTABLISHING SHOT OF HARRY’S HOUSE.
HARRY walks up his road to his house.
INT. HARRY’S HOUSE. NIGHT

3. HARRY turns on light in living room and finds 2 DETECTIVEs
RICHARD WILSON and REBECCA REID sitting in a chair, waiting
for him.
HARRY
Who the fuck are you?
DETECTIVE RICHARD WILSON:
I’m DETECTIVE RICHARD WILSON. Take a seat.
DETECTIVE WILSON slams down a folder on the table. ‘HARRY
FLETCHER’ is labelled on the front. HARRY opens and begins
reading folder.
DETECTIVE RICHARD WILSON:
We have so much on you, we could lock you up for life!
HARRY throws the folder angrily across the room.
INT. HARRY’S HOUSE. NIGHT
DETECTIVE RICHARD WILSON:
I have a proposition for you.
HARRY looks at the detective. His face is suspicious and
yet intrigued.
EXT. PARK. DAY
DETECTIVE RICHARD WILSON and HARRY sit beside each other
on a park bench. HARRY puts a briefcase between them which
DETECTIVE RICHARD WILSON picks up and walks off with.
DETECTIVE RICHARD WILSON:
(VOICE OVER)
you are becoming an informant. You work for us now. And
remember, no funny business.

4. EXT. ALLEY WAY. DAY
Illegal deal occurring in secret. HARRY takes photos that
can incriminate fellow mobsters in the organisation.
EXT. CAR PARK. DUSK
HARRY and RONNIE are staring at each other intensely on the
top floor of a car park.
RONNIE:
All this time it’s been you, you’re the traitor!
You were like a brother to me!
Both reach for their holstered guns and aim at each other.
HARRY has a worried expression.
HARRY:
I did this to protect me. I did it to protect us. If it
weren’t for me, we
would both be in the whole!
RONNIE:
(YELLING)
I don’t care what you did this for. You’ve just destroyed
everything that
we have worked so hard for. You know what this mob means
to me!
HARRY:
I don’t know what it means to you. That’s why I had to
help those
detectives! They had bad shit on us RONNIE. But now we
can start fresh.
Make our own mob with our own rules. And well do it
properly with no
mistakes like this one.

5. INT. MOB OFFICE. NIGHT
RONNIE, with his head in his hands, sits in a large chair
in his office. Two mobsters walk into the room.
MOBSTER 1
the deal was a bust again boss.
MOBSTER 2
we lost JOEY. CONOR never made it as well.
RONNIE stands up, faces the away from the mobsters and
punches the wall.
RONNIE
How the fuck has this happened!
EXT. CAR PARK. DAY
RONNIE and HARRY sprint towards each other from a distance
INT. POLICE STATION. NIGHT
DETECTIVE RICHARD WILSON is found starring at a board with
information regarding the case. In frustration, he swipes
all his things off his desk onto the floor.
RICHARD WILSON
(yelling)
This is going nowhere.
EXT. CAR PARK. DAY
RONNIE and HARRY are now in a fist fight with each other.
RONNIE knocks HARRY to the floor and in one punch knocks
him out.
INT. RONNIES HOUSE. NIGHT
HARRY is found bruised and bound to a wooden chair. A gun
is held to his head.
RONNIE
(voiceover)

6. The worst thing about betrayal is that it never comes
from your enemies.
