Since the cold war the united states has had great global maritime power and the Soviets were dominant in Eurasian land power, china’s economically and politically took advantage of there powers. China used strategic trading methods through the maritime they dominated and gained major control thanks to the waters of the Indian Ocean

4. UNITY AND ANARCHY -China is renewing its historical likes with Arab and Persian civilization, and as India never really severed them, the Indian ocean world was shifting toward unity. The unity would last for upcoming decades not through military power, but through the resurrection of a trading system.
