  • About Dr. Rommel C. Banlaoi is the Chairman of the Board of the Philippine Institute for Peace, Violence and Terrorism Research (PIPVTR). He is a recipient of Albani Peace Prize Award (Peace Education) in 2011. He worked as professor of political science at the National Defense College of the Philippines (where he became Vice President), assistant professor in international studies at De La Salle University, instructor in political science at the University of the Philippines Los Banos.
