This document outlines various international commercial terms (INCOTERMS) that define the responsibilities of sellers and buyers with respect to the delivery of goods under sales contracts. It lists 14 INCOTERMS that specify at what point the responsibility and costs related to the delivery of goods are transferred from the seller to the buyer, such as EXW where the seller's obligations end when goods are made available at their premises, and DDP where the seller is responsible for all costs and risks until goods are delivered to the named destination point.
