Cultural diversity in the workforce involves multilingual colleagues, gender, religion, age, ethnicity, etc. but the lesson plan that I would like to write about is involving colleagues that are multilingual. In today’s society and in our country; speaking more than one language is a great privilege, benefit, and provides many opportunities. It is estimated that over 50 million people speak Spanish either as their primary language or secondary here in the United States of America. As a changing demographic and workforce; it’s of importance to be culturally aware and culturally competent as nurses in our skills, abilities, and experiences. To start our lesson, I’d like to gather employees together and encourage to speak about is common and unique in their culture and welcome different ideas and viewpoints. Next, id like everyone to share a story of either of a time of how they felt respected (of their culture) or the opposite; a time they can share with us of a misjudgment, disrespectful, or treated inferiorly. After these questions and stories are shared; I would like to encourage them to use this a learning experience of each other and how to be mindful and apply this out in the real world. Whether one needs to dissect and identify and prejudice or concerns them have about themselves or how we can all improve and be better individuals by being more aware and cognizant of our surrounding, diversity, and be culturally competent nurses. Programs with (PHP) People Helping People training has to do with people helping other people and what they share as a group of organizations that come to the assistance to share and divide reasonable opportunities to see others through. These training topics have to do with a mission, vision, and value statement. Relocation opportunities are offered to individuals who wish to travel and vent in other areas for long-term or short-term purposes. PHP gives opportunities to interact with different cultures in group sessions to work with the team and different colleagues, and partnership with other cultures. Different assignments on an international level is an aspect offered through PHP. There is a high level of tolerance for coaching and teaching individuals to overcome obstacles and life's challenges. E-learning through webinars and country-specific training and valuation tools of learning how to move one's attitude and character in positive ways.
Training mediums to what goals we plan to achieve and where do we start helping others develop needed training, knowledge, and the right attitude that will prepare them personally, professionally, and interpersonally adjust to what goes on in the world. How people feel and how satisfied they are with their present situations mean a lot to them and who take time out to hear what they have to say. On a professional level, how are people effective by tasks they perform, duties they act upon, and what responsibilities on their job they take on. When it comes to the interpersonal adjustments and effectiveness to what interest people and how they interact with each other in public and local bounds. There are cultural, language, and practical differences within going into the right type of training that will help people understand one another in words and deeds, hear and comprehend one’s formal language, and how to establish ones’ routines to become successful, and support each other on a great scale to who have all the right stuff to network from one plant to the other.
The length of training goes by different levels to how many hours it takes for each level to complete its course. There are 6 levels that involves monthly basis, which includes high levels between 60 - 80 hours total. This includes level F - core method approach and methodologies which opens with training contents. Level E – immediate levels between 20 – 60 hours that includes lectures, films, and book cultured assimilators to prepare people with cultural differences. Level D – immediate 2 between 20 – 60 hours of role play training and simulations to prepare individuals on job demand building blocks. Level C – bottom to moderate levels between 20 -60 hours of lectures, and facts buildups. Level B – bottom to immediate levels between 20 – 60 hours of theatrical plays, mixed cas.

Anti-bias education is an early childhood curriculum which is geared towards instilling values and principles which align with supporting, respecting as well as embracing social differences and aims to fight unfairness, bias, and segregation across the different social forms like race, gender among other variations (Leekeenann et al. 2016). The anti-bias form of education calls for high levels of critical thinking, and adequate problem-solving prowess among the tutors and the scholars to enhance social justice across the different demographic segmentation.
Anti-bias goal 2: the children express comfort and extreme joy with human diversity, the official language for social differences, and sincere, caring human connections. With this, through anti-bias education, children are thus able to acknowledge the humanity and extend the heart of affiliation and adopt zero tolerance to all forms of human segregation. Promoting organizational diversity in any organization requires each employee and the manager to develop a set of skills for their own professional development. 1. Perspective : Working with individuals with different background can give the company a

associated with each community. Perspective provides a competitive advantage as it brings
creativity experience and an insight into the various communities.

The anti-bias form of education calls for high levels of critical thinking, and adequate problem-solving prowess among the tutors and the scholars to enhance social justice across the different demographic segmentation.

What I\'m thinking for this one is that transcriptional errors are having to do with radiation-type
mutations as well as incidences where the RNA polymerase or other polymerases make a
mistake when creating that RNA template and the mistake does not get fixed. As far as the
translational side, I\'m kind of clueless. Part of this homework is in the realm of CFTR and the
delF508 gene and the W1282X gene, as well as nonsense and missense mutations. I do not know
where they fall into this stuff.
6. Which part of the central dogma is represented by CFTRdel508 and by W1282X? Where is
the information flow interrupted (transcription or translation)? Justify your answer.

Any mutations of the CFTRdel508 and W1282X gene causes the protein folding to be disrupted.
The protein in question for these 2 genes is Cystic Fibrosis transmembrane conductance
regulator (CFTR). Since the protein is unable to fold properly (the missense mutation in
CFTRdel508 causing the Phenylalanine not to get coded) hence the protein is unable to move out
of the Endoplasmic Reticulum.
Hence, the probelm is not at the translation level but mainly at the transcription level, since the
deletion had occured in the DNA which resulted in the coding of an incorrect mRNA thereby
forming a defective protein.
So the major problem is at the transcriptional level..
