This document provides contact information for Sumon Saha of IBS Planning & Optimization at Grameenphone Limited. It also provides instructions for importing wireless network survey data collected using TEMS Pocket into the iBwave Design software program. The instructions include exporting data from TEMS Pocket, importing the data files and floor plan files into iBwave Design, assigning data fields, and viewing the survey data on the floor plan layout in iBwave Design.

8. Go to GIS/Coverage Map and observe that Floor Prints has unspecified address.
10. iBwave Site Surveys simplified
9. Right click on the file under unspecified address and select “Rectify (Geo reference)
Floor Print”

11. Type in the address to locate the building in consideration and then click on
button. Address pops up in Google search box and click o n Find address.
12. Ensure orientation of building in Google Earth is same as the image file.
13. iBwave Site Surveys simplified
13. Click on a point on image file (preferably corner of building) and then click on
corresponding point in Google Map window. Click on update 1st mapping.

14. Repeat the above step for two other points and you will notice on top right corner,
image X,Y coordinates will have corresponding longitude and latitude information
filled.
15. Click on save and close the window. Note that unspecified address has a name now.

B. Import data into iBwave Design.
IBwave Design supports importing collected data through
plain text files where data is separated by configurable
delimiters. For the data to be imported in iBwave design it
must have at least three required fields: - Latitude,
Longitude and Numerical data.
You can add survey/collection data to a layout plan in iBwave
Design by the following Procedure:
1. Select the Import survey data button from the
Survey panel in iBwave Design.

3. Import the files
Under "Input files", click the ellipsis button adjacent to the Data file (.csv, .txt, etc.) box.
Select a data file, and click Open
Click the ellipsis button adjacent to the MapInfo coordinates mapping file (*.tab) box.
Select the corresponding TAB file, and click Open. (Image and TAB files must be located in
the same folder; otherwise, coordinates cannot be mapped.)
If a Layout Plan image was not loaded, select Use Tab image as plan background image to
insert a background image.
Note: In case MapInfo TAB file is unavailable, only data file can be imported. However, trace
might need to be re-adjusted manually on the layout plan.

A. Click on Columns assignations & preview tab. You must assign Latitude,
Longitude and at least one numerical data point to import the collection/survey
data. Optionally, you can also assign a time stamp.
B. Right click on a column heading to import X(Longitude), Y(Latitude) and at least one Numerical
data field as shown below:
