TRAINING BACKGROUND
The Department of Labor and Employment is one of the agency in the Philippines
that provides Livelihood opportunities to most marginalized individual. Through the
Bureau of Workers with Special Concerns (BWSC) implement the DOLE Integrated
Livelihood Program and Emergency Employment Program (DILEEP).
Over the years, DOLE has catered/ supported significant number of individuals in
providing Livelihood opportunities, may it by group or individual.

TRAINING OBJECTIVES:
By the end of the training, participants are expected
to:
 Re-Orient/ Re- visit DILEEP Guidelines
 Proposal Making
 Financial Management

4. Training Overview
1st Day.
Will tackle on Strengthen knowledge and comprehensive implementation of DILEEP Projects and Activities.
You will be aware of, re oriented and adopts policies and changes
• Re-visit DILEEP Guidelines
• Introduction to Business Proposal Making
• Marketing Plan Concepts and Application
• Production and Operations Planning
2nd Day
You will Understand that transparency is the key to a sustainable livelihood and,
• Management and Organization Plan
• Financial Planning and Development
3rd Day
Strengthening organizations and memberships and at the same time Improve and widen the livelihood services
• Preparation of Financial Statements
• Presentation of Business Proposals (Oral Defense)

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
By the end of the training, participants are expected to
 Understand and Implement the Guidelines
 Produce Comprehensive Proposal
 Abide financial policy set by the Government
