Incontinence in Middle Aged Women - A Scorecard
In 2020 Aeroflow Urology surveyed over 1,000 women between the ages of 40 to 64 about how incontinence affects their daily lives.
The results showed that 72% of women had experienced incontinence, and 65% reported that they continue to experience it at least once per month.
The results pointed toward a lack of education around this area of women's health, as well as a lack of access to resources and support for women experiencing urological problems.

Menstrual hygiene, a very important risk factor for reproductive tract infections, is a vital aspect of health education for adolescent girls. Educational television programmes, trained school nurses/health personnel, motivated school teachers and knowledgeable parents can play a very important role in transmitting the vital message of correct menstrual hygiene to the adolescent girl of today.

It found that the majority of students were Hindu, from an OBC caste, and from social class V. Finally, the study concluded that some students still lacked positive social support, and families of disabled students reported greater financial stress.

Differences in physical activity between adolescent males and females with an...
This study examined differences in physical activity levels between adolescent males and females with and without disabilities using data from the 2017 Finnish School Health Promotion Study. The study found that males were more likely to meet physical activity recommendations compared to females. Among inactive youth, females reported participating in more physical activity than males. Additionally, adolescents with certain disabilities like seeing or hearing difficulties did not necessarily have lower physical activity levels than peers without disabilities. The study provides insight into targeting physical activity interventions for specific subgroups.

Almost 60% of college students drink alcohol and almost two-thirds engage in binge drinking, defined as 4-5 drinks within two hours. This level of drinking leads to around 1,825 student deaths per year from alcohol-related injuries including car crashes as well as 696,000 assaults and 97,000 sexual assaults. While schools like the University of Denver promote healthy environments, local bars near campus often enable underage and unsafe drinking.

The survey of 25 older women in Levice, Slovakia on International Women's Day identified their top five issues as: 1) poverty, with most older women receiving lower retirement incomes than men, especially widows who often need family support. 2) education and training, though most felt satisfied without further education. 3) health problems, with half having operations and all seeing doctors regularly for issues like heart, breathing, and back problems. 4) violence against women, though they reported no personal experiences most knew other older women who did. 5) human rights, believing women's rights are not equally respected or enforced globally in areas like work, politics, and society.
Young Adults with Disabilities in Israel--Integration into Employment
In recent decades, young adults have encountered increasing difficulty in entering the workforce both in Israel and abroad. The issue is more severe for young adults with disabilities and/or low-level education.
This report from the Myers-JDC-Brookdale Institute presents – for the first time in Israel – comprehensive, up-to-date information on the characteristics of young adults with disabilities, the extent of their integration into work and studies, their difficulties, the various systems they rely on, and their needs for assistance. The study aims to raise awareness of their needs and to provide a basis for planning policy and programs that ease their transition to adult life.

The NCA is a structured, participatory study that aims to understand the local causes of undernutrition. The research found that factors like lack of education, long male absences, poor access to water, and weak economic security for women increased undernutrition rates. Additionally, active female involvement in education, income generation, and household financial management was linked to lower undernutrition. The NCA brought multi-sectoral insights but had limitations in measuring relative cause importance and fully integrating gender indicators. Young Adults with Disabilities in Israel--Integration into Employment
In recent decades, young adults have encountered increasing difficulty in entering the workforce both in Israel and abroad. The issue is more severe for young adults with disabilities and/or low-level education.
This report from the Myers-JDC-Brookdale Institute presents – for the first time in Israel – comprehensive, up-to-date information on the characteristics of young adults with disabilities, the extent of their integration into work and studies, their difficulties, the various systems they rely on, and their needs for assistance. The study aims to raise awareness of their needs and to provide a basis for planning policy and programs that ease their transition to adult life.

School-to-Work Transitions after Two Decades of Post-Communist Transition

Guidance Needs of Nursing Students in Iloilo CIty
Nursing students face numerous stresses and challenges that pose threat to their well-being. They require guidance in order to attain satisfactory adjustment in all aspects of daily life in this critical stage of their development. Thus, this study was conducted to determine the guidance needs of nursing students in selected schools in Iloilo City. The sample of this descriptive, comparative study consisted of 283 randomly selected students from four nursing schools in Iloilo City. The Guidance Needs Inventory for Nursing Students (GNINS) developed by the researchers was used to gather data. Frequency, mean, standard deviation, and rank were used to describe the data. Independent Samples t-Test and ANOVA set at 0.05 alpha were employed to find out significant differences between variables. The study revealed that nursing students need guidance to a moderate extent. They need more guidance on the aspects of career and academic. Further, results indicated no significant differences in the guidance needs of nursing students when grouped according to sex, gender, year level, residence, type of school, living arrangement, employment status of parents, monthly family income, number of siblings, birth order and type of family. Guidance remains to be an integral part of nursing education. Continued provision of guidance responsive and relevant to the needs of nursing student cohort is therefore necessary.

INTRODUCTION This presentation is based on the survey, “IMACT OF LOCKDOWN ON YOUNGSTERS LIFESTYLE’’ conducted by students of B.B.A-IV OF SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES, D.S.P.M.U RANCHI. *The presentation deals with the changes in the daily activities of people during lockdown. *It will provide the information regarding the types of skills developed by people as their mode of entertainment..
- 3. STATISTICAL DATA SHOWING PEOPLE’S PREFERENCE AS THEIR SOURCE OF ENTERTAINMENT AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT:- 42% 25% 14% 19% SKILLS COOKING WORKOUT READING OTHER

PERCENTAGE CHANGE OF HOME WORKOUT AMONG DIFFERENT CATEGORIES:- 75% 25% AMONG ALL INACTIVE ACTIVE • It was found from the survey that 25% of the population is active in their daily activities as yoga, exercise, home workout, weight lifting etc. • And the rest 75% population shows no evidence of activness.
- 5. 1. GENDER PARTICIPATION :- 68% 32% PARTICIPATION IN WORKOUT MALE FEMALE The pie chart shows there is an increase in women’s participation in daily workout Which gives the evidence that women are working more on their physical fitness during lockdown as compared to the usual days.

- 8. 4.PEOPLE FROM DIFFERENT PROFESSION:- STUDENTS 75% BUSSINESSMAN 10% PVT.EMPLOYEES 7% OTHER 8% Most of the population involved in physical activities comes from student class with an average age group- ranging from- (18-26). Other population group of different professions are found to be less in numbers in terms of exercise and workout. Which could be due to the pressure of work from home and

CONCLUSION WE ARE FACING VERY HARD TIMES DURING THIS PANDEMIC .WE DON’T HAVE MUCH RESOURCES TO RELIE ON BUT SOMEHOW THE RESULTS OF THE SURVEY IS REMARKEBLE PEOPLE ARE WORKING ON THEIR FITTNESS MORE DURING THE HARD TIMES TO COPE UP WITH THE FUTURE HAPPENINGS. THERE IS AN INCREASE IN WOMEN PARITICIPATION IN PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES TO GET FIT. THERE IS ALMOST SMIMLAR PROPORTION OF PEOPLE IN URABAN AS WELL AS RURAL AREAS IN TERMS OF WORKING ON PHYSICAL FITNESS. THE AGE GROUP RANGING FROM 18-26 ARE MORE INTO FITNESS, AND THE WORKING CLASS SHOWS A SLIGHT INCREASE IN WORKOUT AS THEY MIGHT BE NOT GETTING TIME DUE TO PRESSURE OF WORK WHICH RESULTS IN EARLY FATIGUE.
