JOB CHANGE
• is a revision to an employee's existing job description
that does not represent a new position for the employee
and is not a promotion. Job descriptions can regularly be
updated to reflect duties the employee is expected to
perform to meet the work needs of the department.
• Mobility of employees from one job to another through
transfer, promotion and demotion is internal mobility and
some employees leave the organization due to
resignation, retirement and termination is called external
mobility. Taking internal and external together makes job
change.
PURPOSE OF JOB CHANGE
• * To maximize employee efficiency.
• * To improve organizational effectiveness.
• * To ensure discipline.
• * To cope with changes in operations.
IMPLICATION OF JOB CHANGE
• Get new opportunity
-It is an open door for good changes which can recognized you
in your institution or company.
-It is a good implication which gives you a excellent feedback
on your previous work and it is an example as promotion.
• Knowledge Base Shift
-It is a strategic human resource planning in an organization
which includes you in all operations for some specific work.
-It creates a good team work and build knowledge in a whole
operations in an organization or company.
-Such in banking, they practice on work shuffle every quarter.
Employees learned such tellering, bookkeeping, cash handling and
others. It helps in an organization to do the other work of others
especially in absence of one worker.
• Employee Compensation Planning Changes
-It’s either a good or bad changes on wages, which if it is
promotion directly implies that your work responsibilities increases it also
followed that your salary increased. But if failure in taking the work
responsibility in an organization, they must implied the demotion or worst
termination, it is sadly that it can affect on the salary rate they give and
the impact on your efficiency as an worker.
• Increasing Obsolescence
-It implies in shifting in technology or employees in a certain work
area. Technology is in now in some organization or company which they
decreases in hiring much employees which a new technology can.
• Changing Work Situations
-The company has it’s strategy on how they manage their
employees. They create an alternative situation for some employees which
boost their skills, knowledge and forte. Not all is in good in certain work, it
is in adjustment to create a good output in an organization or company. It
is also good help for a person to well know their self.
• Low compensation
- It is one of bad implication of job change which your certain
work does not equal on your compensation. There are some situation
like this, but as start employee, it is an initial challenge for a person or
worker if she/he can handle a responsibility which cannot satisfy the
compensation and recognition in all your efforts.
• Bad boss
- Considering that job change is in, it also a rotation in
supervising which you can meet as good and as bad mentor. It can be
a bad mentor, if she/he can provide and guide you well in your work. It
also can affect you in your growth as a worker.
• No recognition
- You as employee is never been recognized in all aspect in
your work, its either you failed to impress the boss you have or else
they want you to improve your efficiency and effectively worker in
yourself.

  • 2. JOB CHANGE • is a revision to an employee's existing job description that does not represent a new position for the employee and is not a promotion. Job descriptions can regularly be updated to reflect duties the employee is expected to perform to meet the work needs of the department. • Mobility of employees from one job to another through transfer, promotion and demotion is internal mobility and some employees leave the organization due to resignation, retirement and termination is called external mobility. Taking internal and external together makes job change.

IMPLICATION OF JOB CHANGE • Get new opportunity -It is an open door for good changes which can recognized you in your institution or company. -It is a good implication which gives you a excellent feedback on your previous work and it is an example as promotion. • Knowledge Base Shift -It is a strategic human resource planning in an organization which includes you in all operations for some specific work. -It creates a good team work and build knowledge in a whole operations in an organization or company. -Such in banking, they practice on work shuffle every quarter. Employees learned such tellering, bookkeeping, cash handling and others. It helps in an organization to do the other work of others especially in absence of one worker.

But if failure in taking the work responsibility in an organization, they must implied the demotion or worst termination, it is sadly that it can affect on the salary rate they give and the impact on your efficiency as an worker. • Increasing Obsolescence -It implies in shifting in technology or employees in a certain work area. Technology is in now in some organization or company which they decreases in hiring much employees which a new technology can. • Changing Work Situations -The company has it’s strategy on how they manage their employees. They create an alternative situation for some employees which boost their skills, knowledge and forte. Not all is in good in certain work, it is in adjustment to create a good output in an organization or company. It is also good help for a person to well know their self.
  • 6. • Low compensation - It is one of bad implication of job change which your certain work does not equal on your compensation. There are some situation like this, but as start employee, it is an initial challenge for a person or worker if she/he can handle a responsibility which cannot satisfy the compensation and recognition in all your efforts. • Bad boss - Considering that job change is in, it also a rotation in supervising which you can meet as good and as bad mentor. It can be a bad mentor, if she/he can provide and guide you well in your work. It also can affect you in your growth as a worker. • No recognition - You as employee is never been recognized in all aspect in your work, its either you failed to impress the boss you have or else they want you to improve your efficiency and effectively worker in yourself.
