This document provides information about imperative sentences. It defines imperative sentences as commands or instructions that typically begin with a base verb form like "go", "stand", or "give". Imperatives can be positive like "read the book" or negative with "do not" added before the verb. An activity asks students to identify the imperative verbs and forms in example sentences.
