Enter contact information manually in contact creation page.
Import contact records from CSV.
If your account customized with Email to case feature then for each case creation the contact
will also be created simultaneously.
When lead gets converted to contact, the new contact record will be created.

Lead
The term lead designates an individual who might become your
customer, but currently isn't. Another word for a lead is a prospect.
Leads are usually converted to contacts, companies and deals
(opportunities) or are 'junked'.
Opportunity
Opportunities are potential revenue-generating events, or sale to
an account, that needs to be tracked through a sales process to
completion. The different sales stages the opportunity moves
through for example, demo, proposal or review indicate the value
of your sales pipeline by sales stage.
Customer
Creating a new customer: This step can be done from both the back-end and
front-end applications. Customers are created in the database if the entered
details are valid. A registration key is generated for each customer and used as a
token for customer registration confirmation. The key is embedded in the
confirmation link sent by email.
Confirming customer registration: Only a customer can confirm registration
through the front-end application. The customer accesses the link received in
the email sent after the customer creation. When opening the link, an update is
triggered that sets the customer as registered.
Quotation
A Sales Quote creates a binding between you and your would-be customer in terms of sharing the
pricing, the charges and the terms. Generating and sharing a quote with your customer is a matter
of few clicks.Quotation templates allows you to define various flavors of quotes; with and without
tax/discounts etc.

Sales Pipeline
The Sales Pipeline is a term used to describe the process your company uses to track a Sales
Opportunity. It creates a record from the customer’s initial awareness through to a confirmed
sale, i.e. a sale you have won.
The Forecast and Opportunity Summary table shows the weighted and unweighted
opportunities you have in the Pipeline, listed by CRM user. When an opportunity is won and you
change the probability to 100% it moves from the Pipeline column to the Closed this Month
column.
The Sales Funnel shows how many outstanding opportunities you have and their value in the
different stages of your sales cycle.
You can use the other widgets to show what information is important to you.
Application Management
The enquiries can be converted into registered candidates who can
further be converted into potential applications.
Document Management
The advisory branch of your consultancy manages the document
and handle them as per their approval or rejection status of your
documents. Centralized DMS repository enables users to success
any documents at any point of time.
Task Management

Various User Roles
Usually employees within a company have different roles (e.g. purchasing,
administration, supervision, etc.). These roles are related to Company Users and are
referred to as Company Roles. A role can be default (“is default” flag), which means that
it is used for all new users automatically.
Upon initial creation of the first Company User, the default role is Admin. After the
Admin user has been created, he/she creates the structure of the company and can
define the default role to be used further on.
Approval Flows
The Approval Process feature provided by the application for setting the flexible buying
process of your business. Approval Process enables B2B customers to have multiple people
contributing to the ordering process but require the approval from the manager to proceed
with the order. Permissions related to the approval process are configured based on the
restrictions applied to a company role.
